The
skies started to clear a little and the drizzle stopped by the end of
the day but
it was an all around a fantastic event. Everyone gathered in small groups
to admire each others rides and recount the adventures of the day. It
was an excellent way to commemorate something that Sean loved so much.
This
years competition was a close one. Only a few points separated first,
second and third. Bruce Taylor took third place with his Lightweight,
Vern Onciul came in second with his Series II with Norman Hendry taking
the Sean Green Memorial Trials trophy with his Series I Discovery. Congratulations
Norm and congratulations to everyone who came out and made the day!
A
big thank you goes to our organizers (Andy Yung and Glen Millar) and
all the volunteers and to Absolutely Edibles for the wonderful food
(sorry Bjorn you couldn't make it).
Look
forward to seeing everyone next year!
